Returns Policy

Returns / refunds are accepted for items that arrive with unreasonable damage to the product (packaging is NOT included in this policy: boxes exist for the protection of the item only. Take a photograph ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY and email us that same day at sales@boondockcollectibles.com to request a return, refund or replacement. An address will be provided for each return once we've approved it.


No refunds will be offered for damaged items that have been in your possession for longer than 3 days. After 3 days we expect you to have opened and examined the item. Any longer than 3 days, we will assume that the damage has occurred as a result of your actions after the item has come out of the box.


No refunds will be offered for items which are slightly shorter or taller than the height listed in the item description.


No refunds will be offered for intact items which have been opened and removed from their packaging.


All refunds and returns should be handled directly with Mike at sales@boondockcollectibles.com. There is absolutely no reason at all to go directly to your credit card company or PayPal to file a case or start a chargeback. We are reasonable humans running a large company. Customers who file cases against us will immediately be banned from doing business with us, regardless of the outcome of the case.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we agree to a refund, it will be a refund of the price of the product only. We will not cover shipping costs incurred by you when mailing us the item to be returned. We will not issue a refund without a return of the product in question.

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world with the exception of high value items. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and or size based depending on your location. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We ship in-stock items DAILY from our warehouse.

We ALWAYS send you an email once your package has shipped.  This happens automatically as soon as we generate postage. If you have not yet received that email, that means we have not yet shipped your order.
