Released in 2000 and sculpted by Steve West. This Scarlet Witch Mini Bust is a limited edition run of only 5000 worldwide. This one is an extremely rare Artist Proof of which Bowen Designs only offered a handful. The Scarlet Witch, created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, first enchanted readers in the January 1964 issue of the X-Men. Mutant siblings Wanda and Pietro Maximoff were raised by gypsies in the European country of Transia. Wanda possesses the ability to alter probabilities with her hex spheres and Pietro was born with super-speed. As the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, the pair were part of Magneto's original Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, sworn enemies of the X-Men. Soon they renounced their loyalty to the Brotherhood and joined the Avengers.
