For a while, Thor was bonded to Eric Masterson, an architect, and the two shared one body. But when Thor was banished from Earth, they separated, and Eric continued on his own as the new God of Thunder, wielding Mjolnir and wearing a modified costume as a member of the Avengers. Originally known as the "Stone Men from Saturn," the Kronans are actually from the planet Ria, in the Krona star system. Possessing rocky, orange hides, the hardened aliens once battled the mighty Thor, and the Kronan Korg later fought alongside the Hulk in the arenas of the planet Sakaar.
