Bowen Designs Archangel Death Mini Bust
Released in 2006 and sculpted by Randy Bowen & Gabe Perna. This Archangel Death Mini Bust is a limited edition run of only 1000 worldwide. This one is a very rare Marvel Sample of which Bowen Designs only offered a handful. Warren Worthington III, the child of privilege better known as the Angel, was most carefree member of the original X-Men. Imagine his teammates' dismay when, after his natural wings were clipped and replaced by razor-sharp mechanical ones, Warren reappeared as the Archangel, a loyal acolyte of the tyrant Apocalypse. Under Apocalypse's control, Archangel became an enemy of the X-Men, but later flew free of his dark master and reconciled with his friends. Archangel's feathered wings eventually returned, but his cavalier attitude did not. He is now solemnly dedicated to fighting alongside the X-Men, using his impressive 16-foot wingspan and his imperviousness to high winds and velocities. Archangel also devoted his immense wealth to championing for mutant rights.
