Bowen Designs Dragon Man Mini Bust
Released in 2007 and sculpted by The Shiflett Brothers & Randy Bowen. This Dragon Man Mini Bust is a limited edition run of only 1300 worldwide. This one is a very rare Marvel Sample of which Bowen Designs only offered a handful. This modern day monstrosity roared onto the scene with a furious flapping of mighty wings in issue #35 of The Fantastic Four (February 1965). Created by Professor Gregson Gilbert, a noted biologist at New York's State University (Reed Richards' and Ben Grimm's alma mater), Dragon Man measures in at over 15' tall, weighs over 3 tons, and bears a pair of enormous wings. Gilbert utilized an ingenious method of crafting his giant creation's body out of an advanced synthetic molecular base that replicates organic tissue, and which gives Dragon Man unimaginable strength. It also provides his scaly hide an extreme durability capable of resisting the force generated from over 300 pounds of TNT.
