Bowen Designs Elektra Mini Bust
(White Version)
Released in 2006 and sculpted by Barsom Manashian. This White Elektra Mini Bust is a limited edition run of only 2500 worldwide. This one is a very rare Marvel Sample of which Bowen Designs only offered a handful. Beautiful but deadly. Lovely yet lethal. Such descriptions are commonly used when describing the various femme fatalities of the Marvel Universe. None of them, however, possess the combined grace, skill and beauty of the angelic assassin named Elektra Nachos. Elektra made her debut within the pages of issue #168 of Daredevil (January 1981) during Frank Miller's seminal run on the title, and the life of the Hero of Hell's Kitchen was never the same. The daughter of a Greek Diplomat, Elektra was studying at New York's Columbia University when she met and fell in love with law student Matt Murdock. Sadly, the couple's happiness abruptly ended when Elektra's father was mistakenly shot and killed by police while being held hostage by terrorists. Elektra left for Japan and devoted herself to the martial arts.
