Bowen Designs Blastaar Mini Bust
Released in 2009 and sculpted by Troy McDevitt. This Blastaar Mini Bust is a limited edition run of only 1000 worldwide. This one is a very rare Marvel Sample of which Bowen Designs only offered a handful. Blaster the Living Bomb-Burst detonated on the scene way back in Fantastic Four #62 (May 1967). It was in this scintillating Silver Age Sci-fi space saga that historians of the Marvel Universe first learned that Blaster was the ruthless dictator of the Negative Zone's Planet Bluur. Due to the maniacal machinations of their monstrous monarch, the Baluurians locked Blaster in a special containment suit and cast him adrift in outer space, where he became a deadly Negative Zone outlaw. Possessing vast superhuman strength, speed, stamina, and durability, Blaster demonstrated the he also has the ability to fly, as well as being able to generate powerful concussive blasts that he can project through his fingertips. Thus equipped Blaster became one of the Marvel Universe's most dangerous alien antagonists.
