Bowen Designs Devil Dinosaur Mini Bust
Released in 2009 and sculpted by Chris Elizardo & Randy Bowen. This Devil Dinosaur is a limited edition run of only 500 worldwide. This one is numbered and also noted as a very rare Marvel Sample on the bottom of the base of only which a handful exist. While the Marvel Universe possesses its fair share of wild, wondrous, and whacky characters, few can lay claim to the title of most bizarre more so than The House of Ideas' titanic Tyrannosaurus Rex, Devil Dinosaur, and his stalwart companion/lil' pal Moon-Boy (First Appearance: Devil Dinosaur #1, April, 1978). Devil Dinosaur was originally intended by legendary comics create Jack "The King" Kirby to inhabit the period of time in prehistory during which the last of the dinosaurs and early photo-man could have coexisted. However, the current school of thought regarding Devil Dinosaur's origin depicts Devil and his cast of characters existing in one of the many worlds of the Marvel Multiverse - Earth-78411, otherwise known as Dinosaur World, which is a planet shared by humanoid beings, dinosaurs, and other gargantuan monsters.
