Released in 2007 and sculpted by Vinnie, Rocco, Ulises Cantu & Randy Bowen. This Hercules Modern Version Mini Bust is a limited edition run of only 1000 worldwide. This one is a very rare Marvel Sample of which Bowen Designs only offered a handful. The half-god/half-mortal Hercules first appeared in 1965 in Journey into Mystery Annual #1, in an earth-shaking battle with the mighty Thor. The son of the Olympian lord Zeus and the human Alumna, Hercules' astounding strength and his completion of the renowned Twelve Labors made him legend among god and man. His mixed heritage allows Hercules to be comfortable in the worlds of both of his parents, but whenever he walks among man, his immodesty is limitless. Nearly limitless, too, is Hercules' strength. He is capable of lifting over 100 tons, and has used his might to aid the super-teams the Avengers and the Champions. Wielding both his muscle and his Golden Mace, Hercules remains a standby Avenger and enjoys a robust rivalry with The Mighty Thor.
