Released in 2007 and sculpted by The Kucharek Brothers. This Julia Carpenter Spider-Woman Mini Bust is a limited edition run of only 2000 worldwide. This one is a very rare Marvel Sample of which Bowen Designs only offered a handful. Julia Carpenter, the sleek and sultry second Spider-Woman, first appeared in the original Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars #6 (October 1984). A single mother struggling to make ends meet, Julia had taken part in a covert government super-agent program, where she had been injected with a serum made up of extracts from spider venom and rare Amazonian jungle plants. This concoction endowed her with powers similar to Spider-Man's such as superhuman strength and agility, heightened senses, and the ability to create psionic webbing of incredible strength.
