Bowen Designs Whirlwind Mini Bust
Released in 2009 and sculpted by Alex de Souza Moraes. This Whirlwind is a limited edition run of only 1000 worldwide. This one is numbered and also noted as a very rare Marvel Sample on the bottom of the base of only which a handful exist. The malevolent mutant and Master of Evil known as Whirlwind (Real Name: David Cannon) first spun onto the scene in Tales of Astonish #50 (December 1963) During his first few forays as a criminal, Cannon committed crimes under the less-than-inspiring moniker the Human Top. Cannon's natural ability to rotate his body at superhuman speeds, which allowed him to traverse great distances very rapidly, lent itself to making quick getaways: however, after several unsuccessful encounters with Giant-Man and The Wasp - including one which led to a prison sentence for him - Cannon determined to give himself an upgrade.
